1) ANIMALS
No pets shall be carried without the written permission of the company. Guide dogs are allowed but the company must be informed prior to the date of hire.
2) SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances in our coaches
3) WEARING OF SEATBELTS
Our Coaches have seatbelts in each place and it is compulsory for all passengers to wear seatbelts in coaches.
4) DRIVERS HOURS
The hours of operations for the driver are regulated by law. Neither the hirer or passenger shall delay or interrupt the journey in such as way that the driver is breaching regulations. If a breach occurs the hirer is responsible for additional costs incurred. According to European Regulations we reminds you some rules concerning driving times and rest times:
- Daily Driving times: 09 hrs max with a rest of 45 minutes every 04 hrs 30 minutes
- Daily rest times: 11 hrs consecutive in the 24 hrs, reduction to 09 hrs consecutive 3 days in a week to make up before next week
- Small Vehicle /Van running : 8 hrs applicable /Extra hrs. chargeable Euro -CHF 100
- Big coaches running 10 hrs. applicable //Extra hrs chargeable Euro -CHF 100
If we don’t respect these rules the driver lost two points on his driving license IN ADDITION TO THE STOP OF THE COACH ON THE SPOT.
