1) COACH RESERVATION
Bookings must be made by e-mail not on What’s app . You should check the details of the hire carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes.
2) PAYMENT TERMS
The balance for all hires is due 07 days prior to departure date. Any hire booked within the 07-day period must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
3) METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by banker’s wire /NEFT /Remittance /No by cash mode.
4) CANCELLATION FEES
Should you need to cancel your booking you should inform us by email, follow up in writing. Our cancellation charges are:
- More than 07 Days – No charge
- Less than 07 Days, but more than 24 hours – 50% of the total hire cost
- Less than 24 hours prior to hire date – 100% of the total cost
